Double Georgette
Double georgette fabric is crafted through a two-layer weaving process. Fine synthetic or natural fibers are woven into two separate layers simultaneously, creating a lightweight and sheer material. The layers are often connected at regular intervals with light stitches to maintain their alignment. This technique results in a delicate, drapable fabric with a textured surface, ideal for creating elegant, layered clothing and accessories.
