This Shipping Policy ("Policy") must be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the Cancellation, Exchange, Return and Refund Policy of the Company available on www.indyverse.in ("Website"). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them under the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy applies to this Policy.
In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising between the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy and the terms of this Shipping Policy, the provisions of this Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency or ambiguity. Your use of the Services and any dispute arising out of your use of the Services will be governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
For shipping within India
We deliver to pin codes across India and offer different options for shipping. For shipping within India, free shipping is offered to customers residing at serviceable pin codes on all orders.
For shipping outside India
Shipping charges would be levied on all the international orders irrespective of the amount of order.
For shipments outside India, refer to the shipping charges below:
1) For all orders between 1 - 200 USD a flat shipping charge of 25 USD is applicable.
2) For all orders above 200 USD a flat shipping charge of 30 USD is applicable.

2. Delivery Timelines
Order production and delivery timelines are merely indicative and do not take into account possible delays caused reasons including but not being limited to payment authorization and force majeure events. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours . Estimated delivery times mentioned herein are to be used as a guide only and may be calculated from the date of dispatch. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All domestic orders may take about 5 to 7 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 to 10 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
3. Porch or door deliveries
For all orders placed with us, a porch or door delivery without obtaining the signature of the recipient may be done. Once goods are delivered at the shipping address provided by you, responsibility for your purchased product(s) shifts to you. Please ensure shipping details provided by you are true and accurate. If you have specified a third-party recipient for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a porch or delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) shall be valid evidence of delivery and fulfilment of our obligation by us.
4. Taxes and Duties
For Indian Customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. However, they may be subject to revision.
For International Customers: Most orders to countries outside India are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties and any other duties as may be applicable in your country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. In case of queries, please write to us on hello@indyverse.in.
5. Delays in delivery
Timelines provided for delivery are merely indicative. While we endeavour to comply with them, we do not guarantee delivery within the stipulated timelines. The Company works with different type of suppliers (manufacturers, designers, distributors, importers etc.) and the delivery time to Users is subject to delivery of products from supplier to the Company.
Further, delivery of a product may be delayed due to many reasons including but not limited to bad weather, delay in transportation, political disruptions, production and/or operational issues or any other unforeseen circumstances that may be beyond the control of the Company.
The Company shall not be held liable for any delay due to unforeseen circumstances as mentioned herein and the Terms of Use listed on the Website. In the event of any delay of the product is expected, the Company may, at its sole discretion, intimate the User who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay. In case a customer purchases multiple products in one order, the Company may deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to availability of stock with the relevant designers and brands. If the products are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. The User may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if the Company fails to deliver any one or more of the instalments or if the User has a claim in respect of any one or more of the instalments. If the User fails to take delivery of the goods, the Company may at its discretion charge the User for the additional shipping or warehousing cost.
If the User is unavailable at a certain date, the User must indicate the same and any preference on email/phone to the Company's customer experience team to ensure smooth product delivery. Once out for delivery, it will be attempted for a maximum of 3 (three) times post which the order may be subject to cancellation. Products will not be handed over by the courier before the payment is made in case of cash on delivery orders, and requests for returns, exchange, refund or cancellation will have to be raised separately with Company's customer support team.
For a porch or door delivery without signature may be done. The Company does not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for Users purchased goods passes to the User. If User has specified a third-party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then the User accept that evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by the Company of its obligation. In the case, the User chooses a custom delivery option, all liabilities of service / product delivery now would transfer to the User, and the Company will be absolved of responsibility, thus evidencing delivery and fulfilment by the Company of its obligation.
In case the order is not delivered within 20 (twenty) working days of the tentative delivery date, due to any default on part of the Company, the User shall be eligible to receive 20% cashback in the form of loyalty points of the total consideration of the order.
