Return Policy

This Cancellation, Exchange, Return and Refund Policy must be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Company available on IndyVerse.in
 
1.1. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them under the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy applies to this Policy. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising between the Terms of Use and the terms of this Policy, the provisions of the Terms of Use shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency or ambiguity. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Services shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy.
 
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
 
2.1.CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
 
The User acknowledges and accepts that there may be certain orders that the Company is unable to accept and must cancel. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in the Users order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, cash on delivery facility not being available at the User, pin code (if the User opts for COD while placing an order), inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect in the product. However, orders may be refused or cancelled due to reasons not listed herein. The Company may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact the User if all or any portion of the User?? order is cancelled or if any additional information is required to accept the User?? order. If your order is cancelled after your payment is processed, the amount paid will be reversed back to your account within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your bank account details for reversal of monies paid. No cash refund will be done at any point of time. In case of payments made via an online mode, the User will opt for a chargeback only if the Company has been unable to reverse the Users monies to Users account within the timeline set out herein.
 
2.2. CANCELLATION BY A USER
 
2.2.1. In case of requests regarding cancellation of an order, we reserve the right to accept or reject such request. If a request for cancellation is communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. If your order is duly cancelled, the amount paid by you will be reversed to your account within 5 to 7 (five to seven) working days of receiving your bank account details for such reversal. We cannot process a cash refund under any circumstances. We will be unable to cancel orders that have already been processed (including an order that may have been processed within the first 24 hours) or orders for which cancellation request is received after the expiry of the 24 hour period mentioned herein. We have the sole and complete discretion to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you shall not dispute the decision made by us in this regard. After the expiry of the 24 hours immediately following the placing of your order, you would not be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.
 
2.2.2. In case of payments made via an online mode, you will be permitted to opt for a chargeback only if (a) you are eligible for cancelling your order as per this Policy and the associated Terms of Use; and (b) despite being eligible and cancelling your order, we have been unable to reverse monies paid by you to your account within the timeline set out herein.
 
2.2.3. The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of the Company, Terms of Use. The User acknowledges that these terms of
 
2.2.4. Cancellation, Exchange, Return, Refund and only cover direct sales made by the Company. These terms apply for all modes of purchase made from the Company and its affiliates, including purchases made and/or orders placed on the Website.
 
2.2.5. The User must verify that the shipping address is complete, true and accurate so as to ensure that the items are delivered on time and the refunds are initiated without delay. The User accepts and acknowledges that in case the information provided is not complete, true, and accurate and on the basis of such information provided by the User to the Company,the Company initiates the process of shipping and/ or processes an amount of refund, then the Company shall not be held liable for the delay or non-delivery of the product(s) and/or the refund as the case may be.
 
2.2.6. For the purpose of these terms,iscount includes a sale (including End of Season Sale (EOSS), discount/offer code or coupon offered by the Company.
 
3. EXCHANGES
 
3.1. A request for exchange of product(s) shall be made within 48 hours from the date and time it is delivered to the User.
 
3.2. Product(s) once sold and delivered may be exchanged for another product(s), subject to availability and our specific confirmation, provided that the product(s) meet the terms and conditions provided herein.
 
3.3. The product(s) purchased are eligible for exchange if:
 
3.3.1. An incorrect product(s) has been delivered to User i.e. the product(s) does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
 
3.3.2. The product(s) received has a manufacturing defect, that is to say, it is faulty or damaged. Product(s) which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear shall not be considered faulty.
 
3.3.3. The product(s) purchased by the User does not conform to the features of the product(s) listed on the Website or otherwise agreed to in writing.
 
3.3.4. Any request for exchange of a product(s) on the ground of size, color, damaged product(s), will be processed.
 
3.3.5. Any product(s) once exchanged will be considered customized and the same will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless the Company resends a faulty product(s) or the product(s) of a wrong size, or colour.
 
3.4. The inventory maintained by the Company is limited and therefore we do not always have all the sizes available. Under such circumstances, a coupon, voucher will be issued, or the amount will be credited to the User wallet, will be provided to the User which can be redeemed any time the User wishes to make a purchase with the Company next time.
 
3.5. In cases where the User opts to exchange a faulty product(s), the Company will exchange the faulty product(s) with the same product in the same size, subject to availability within 7-10 (seven to ten) working days from the date of receiving the product(s). In the event the Company anticipates any delay in delivery of the product(s), the Company will intimate the User by sending an email on the User registered email ID. Wherever possible, the Company will offer to mend the faulty product(s).
 
3.6. Exchange request placed by a User will be processed only if:
 
3.6.1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in the User possession;
 
3.6.2. The product(s) is not different from what was shipped to the User. It is clarified that the product(s) received by the Company from the User shall be verified with the images of the product(s) shared by the User via verified email and only in case the product(s) passes the quality inspection, the request for exchange will be processed.
 
3.6.3. The product(s) is returned in original condition (with brand??/manufacturer's box, invoice, maximum retail price tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
 
3.7. List of non- returnable and non-exchangeable product(s):
 
3.7.1. Accessories, including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, etc. custom-made and made-to-order product(s).
 
3.7.2. Unstitched and semi-stitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouses. It is clarified that such product(s) shall not be eligible for return/ exchange on account of normal wear and tear of the product(s). The User may place a return/ exchange request only on the ground of size, color, damaged product(s), may be placed.
 
3.7.3. Altered product(s) as per the specifications/ measurements provided by the User.
 
3.7.4. Product(s) such as briefs, underwear, swimwear, bikini bottoms, pierced earrings, cosmetics and face masks cannot be exchanged and refunded due to hygiene reasons.
 
3.7.5. Product(s) that are purchased in any sale/ promotion organized by the Company which is identified/ marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase. It is clarified that the company shall not be liable to return any product(s) or refund any amount in case of any product(s) purchased during the sale.
 
3.7.6. The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified of the same.
 
4. RETURNS
 
4.1. A request for return of product(s) eligible for return shall be made within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date and time it is delivered to the User.
 
4.2. Product(s) once sold and delivered may be returned to the Company by the User in exchange for a coupon, or voucher or may be credited to the wallet of the User as available on the Website or shall be credited to the User in the original mode of payment, as the case may be, provided that the product(s) meet the terms and conditions provided herein.
 
4.3. The product(s) purchased are eligible for return if:
 
4.3.1. An incorrect product(s) has been delivered to the User i.e. the product(s) delivered does not match the item in the order confirmation email sent by the Company.
 
4.3.2. The product(s) received by the User has/have a manufacturing defect, that is to say, it is faulty or damaged. A product(s) which is damaged as a result of normal wear and tear shall not be considered faulty
 
4.3.3. The product(s) purchased by the User does not conform to the features of the product(s) listed on the Website. It is clarified that the images of the product(s) reflected on the Website represent the actual product(s) subject to slight difference in the color and size.
 
4.3.4. In the event the product(s) purchased by the User is delivered late as a result of unforeseeable and/ or circumstances beyond reasonable control of the Company or any other Force Majeure event as defined in the Terms of Use of the Company, then the product(s)shall not be eligible for return.
 
4.4. A request for return initiated by a User will be processed only if:
 
4.4.1. It is determined that the product(s) was not damaged while in the User possession;
 
4.4.2. The product(s) is not different from what was shipped to the User;
 
4.4.3. The product(s) is returned in original condition (with brand/manufacturer's box, invoice, maximum retail price tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
 
4.5. Any product(s) sought to be returned must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Product(s) found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be qualified for return. Product(s) like footwear worn for trial purposes must be done on carpeted surfaces. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for return.
 
4.6. Product(s) returned under this policy will be subject to quality inspection. In the event the product(s) returned by the User clears the quality inspection/ verification, the User will be entitled to a refund of the amount of such product(s) which will be credited to the User in the original mode of payment or in User wallet. The Company may also issue coupon, or a voucher, as the case maybe.
 
4.7 JEWELLERY
 
4.7.1. As Jewellery are accessory and the same is not returnable. Except for the following situations.
 
1) If the jewellery is damaged.
 
2) If wrong product is received.
 
4.7.2. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
 
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
 
2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
 
3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
 
4. Package refused by recipient.
 
5. Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
 
6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
 
7. Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural or artificial stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
 
8. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
 
NOTE:-The customer needs to intimate us within 2 days from the date of delivery of goods at his/her end.
 
5. REFUND
 
5.1. Refunds, if any, whether in the form of coupon, voucher or credited to the User in the original mode of payment , or in User wallet, will be processed within 5-7 working days from verification and confirmation of the request for return by the Company.
 
5.2. The User providing the appropriate bank account details;
 
5.3. Receipt of the product(s) and quality inspection conducted by the Company.
 
5.4. There will be no refunds on discounted bills where any kind of discounts were applied to the order.
 
5.5. Coupon, voucher issued against return/ exchange/ of an order shall be only valid for a period as specified on the coupon/ voucher.
 
5.6. Refund is applicable only if a purchase is made by logging into User account
 
5.7. In case of payments made via an online mode, the User may opt for a chargeback (return of money to the payer i.e. the customer of a transaction) only if:
 
5.8. The User is eligible for refund as per these Terms
 
5.8.1. Despite being eligible, the Company has been unable to refund such money to the User?? account within the timeline set out herein.
 
5.8.2. For customers within India, all prices specified on the Website are inclusive of Indian taxes. It is clarified that certain product(s) may also include shipping charges which shall be reflected on the website page of the company.
 
5.8.3. For customers outside India, custom duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local taxes. The Company will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these taxes to get the order released from customs.
 
6. CUSTOMER CARE
 
6.1. In case of any concerns regarding your order, you may write to the Company at hello@indyverse.in. Alternatively, you may call at our customer care number 9205991345 and speak to our customer care representatives between 10AM - 7PM on all business days (except Sunday).
 
7. LIABILITY
 
7.1. The Company maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on our Website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
 
7.2. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Policy for legal or regulatory reasons; for security reasons; to enhance existing features or add additional features to the Services; to reflect advancements in technology; to make reasonable technical adjustments to the Service; and to ensure the ongoing operability of the Services at any time by posting the revised terms in connection with the Services or on your account. You will be able not to accept these changes by cancelling your account at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, your continued use of the Services following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
